This version has interactive links to Virginia State legislation and Fairfax County ordinances for further reference. If you prefer to have a printed copy, and are unable to print it yourself, you can request a copy from the Management Office in person or by emailing them at info@shuoa.org.
This latest edition of the Rules & Regs supersedes all previous versions. Please discard any older documents as the Association will enforce the rules as written in the FEBRUARY 2022 edition only. If there is a question or comment about any of the rules, or the document itself, please contact the Management Office or the Covenants Committee Chairperson.
